    How to implement SSO in websphere liberty profile by siteminder?

    There is no special CA SSO agent for WebSphere Liberty but I think you can use the CA SSO agent for WebSphere. I hope the liberty profile is running on the WebSphere application server and if that is true then you can use CA SSO agent for WebSphere.
