Collecting Policy Server log files in near real time into a central data store (SQL, NoSQL)?

On Windows here.  Wondering if anyone has solved the issue of collecting the policy store text logs and migrating them to a central repository such as SQL or NoSQL databases?  Preferably, would like to get these in near real time, less then 5 minutes.

Our issue is, we have Policy Servers distributed around the globe for and going to each policy server is a real pain.

    Thanks.

    Hi Mitch,

Siteminder does NOT provide an option to configure policy server logs & traces in the central odbc data store out of the box.

Moreover, with the amount of that data in these log files I don't think it will be appropriate to move them to the database.
