Publishing these types of details are problematic for our development teams. We may change small or large portions of the database with patches and new releases and this can cause issues when customers try to access our database directly. We do try to limit our customers from accessing the database directly since this would not be a feature of the product. If you have some specific need or reason for needing this information there may be a good use case for a product enhancement or there may simply be a support ticket needed.
