  • 1.  Integration with CAPM

    Hello,

    We have a problem with integration CA Performance Management and CA DOI.

    We have successfully installed and configured OI Connector on CAPC server.

    In OIConnector.log we see that all data is sending to Jarvise, but we cannot see any information in DOI web console.

    In verifier.log from Jarvise we see warning:


    WARN  [pool-22-thread-4] InputHeaderVerifier:205 - Instance:3c05835f-fa0c-4c47-a6d8-d4d94bd739aa Invalid doctype 'itoa_metrics_capm_reachability' for product 'ao'


    Could this be the reason why the information about PM is not displayed in the DOI?

    Product version:

    CA DOI 1.3.2

    CAPM 3.7.4.688

    OI Connector 1.2.3.14

    Hi Yuriy,
    do you see any data in the ES indices for CAPM? Such as inventory, alerts, metrics......  - or no data at all.
    Look in to the indices first, that is where the data starts coming in - the web console can be checked later.

    Wich metrics did you configure in the OIConnector to be sent to DOI?
    Are all the indices available in ES for these metrics?  (every metric goes into an individual metric)
