CA SOI- UIM INTEGRATION

Hi Team,

 

I have made CA SOI set up in test environment, while integrating CA SOI with UIM I am getting below error:

 

 

I have checked UIM database for the mentioned erroe and firewall as well . Everything is ok, still getting this error,kindly help.

Hello Pushpa, is the sql server ? Which version and in which mode ? Cluster, Alway On, etc.. How did you specify the SQL Server Hostname because from error message it gives ipaddress. Which authentication mode do you use.

 

You can verify with the following tool if the connection is working to SQL Server in general.
