    Hi,

     

    Hope someone can assist. We are looking at introducing the services function in our SOI. The reason for this is that we want to suppress alerts that come into the console that are being patched (server patching).

    Has anyone currently got this set-up or what do I need to do to make this work.

    Hi Furnish, 

     

    You can hide alerts in maintenance mode if you wish. This is documented here:
