We currently create Service Desk tickets from SOI via Service Desk integration. We will be migrating to ServiceManagement 17x, and we want to verify that SOI and Service Desk will play nicely together. I cannot find any mention of 17x in the compatibility matrix. Does anyone know if this version is supported?
I just had a conversation a SDM engineer and he said the RO83372 was tested with and supports SDM 17.x. On the wiki you'll see the "Catalyst 3.4" support listed under "Integration support for CA Server Management Solution". Just to make sure open a case with SDM team and they'll provide you with an official statement.
