SOI SNOW Incident annotation

    Hi,

     

    We have SOI 3.3 integrated with SNOW via universal helpdesk connector. We are getting multiple cpu alarms from the same CI and we would like to create an incident for the first alert and the subsequent alerts needs to be annotated in the same incident. Is there a possibility to achieve this from CA SOI. 

     

    Does universal helpdesk connector has the capability to check any open incident is there for the CI?.
