  • 1.  SNOW Connector OS Version

    Before I install the snow connector, I read the following in the "CA Service Operations Insight Connectors":

     

    The ServiceNow connector supports the following OS versions:

    Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit) Release 2 Standard, Enterprise.

     

    Is MS Windows Server 2012 R2  Standard\Enterprise not supported?

    Hi  Madelaine,

     

    I got the update that the SNOW connector is not certified on win 2012.

    This is a bit of an issue for me. Our servers are installed by default with MS Windows Server 2012. Any idea when the certification can be expected?

    Its only 2016. Give them some time...
