  • 1.  SLO State always inactive

    Hello Everyone,

     

    I am facing issue on CA SOI, suddenly SLO state changed to inactive.

     

     

    I have recreated the SLA but the current SLA still inactive. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Hello Okik, which version of SOI do you have and what is the patchlevel. If this is still SOI 3.3 please raise a support case for a fix.
