  • 1.  Can I customize body of alert details tab on SOI console?

    Hello Everyone,

     

    I am facing problem in CA SOI 4.0, on alert details the URL did not appear in full. Please see below picture.

     

    Can I customize body of alert details tab on SOI Console, so I can show the URL in full.

    Haven't tried but you might be able to format the URL using a map only enrichment event policy. Otherwise you'll have to play with the connector policy to format the URL correctly. We had to do something similar with the URL string from CA ADA traps.
