Using SOI with the Spectrum connector. The connector configuration contains information about both OneClick and SpectroServer servers. What is the impact to the connector if either of these servers goes offline - does the SOI connector stay up for one vs the other?

If any of these goes offline, the connector will wait for the heartbeat message from the spectro server whether it is up or not, if it receives systemup=false than the connector will automatically turns offline, i guess there is a configuration file  where we setup the time to wait for  heartbeat timeout

Yeah thats correct. If Spectrum is offline then after retries connector will also go offline. After that if Spectrum is up and connector is restarted then connector will scan Spectrum again for all CI and Alerts republish it to SOI.
