    Has anyone created a HelpDesk integration?  I was wondering what hints you have to help smooth out the process.  I am getting ready to build a Helpdesk connector to our in house developed ticketing system.  We also have a number of UserAttributes that I would also like to reference for ticket creation.  Do you have any examples or suggestions?  Do you know what SOI attributes, objects, information is available to reference from the HelpDesk connector?  I've read through the section, and decompiled the default lib, but hoping that there are others out there that can share their experiences.
