Could not remove UIM connector from SOI

Hi Guys,

 

I have CA SOI 4.0 and integrated with UIM connector 3.6.

I would like to remove the UIM connector from SOI but the connector still exists and I can't do anything for the connector.

Please kindly see below picture:

Is there any advise for me?

Hello Okik,

 

You may remove this entry from ConnectorConfiguration table if it is still showing on the Admin dashboard.

Thanks for the reply. I had done the steps and the entry have been successfully removed, but I got a new problem, when I tried to start catalyst connector, I didn't see connector for UIM exists on the Admin Dashboard.

 

Do you have any suggestion for me?Brahma

Hello Okik,

 

Stop Catalyst Container Services and then delete all files inside \Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\nls-store\*.

Then start Container services on the connector server.
