  • 1.  Email Not sent to DL from SOI

    Hi Team,

     

    We are having CA SOI 3.2 installed in our environment which is configured to sent mail for certain alerts. But once we add a Group DL as recipient, emails are not sent from SOI. Mails are sent without any problems to individual mail IDs.

     

    Can anyone faced this before and any suggestion to overcome this.

    Hi Manu, Group is created in Exchange so Exchange knows which all email ID (Recipients) are included in group. Where as in SOI we do not have any provision to create or use group which is created in Exchange or any other email application. SOI accepts only individual email IDS. Thanks, Ashay
