Hi Pradeep, We have seen APM connector installed without any problem many times. Please make sure, you have supported APM version (Either of following) CA APM 8.x and above CA APM 9.x CA APM 9.0x release For CAPC connector, I have seen it works with NetQoS r6.1 but have some problem while collecting CI with r6.2 version. This connector is pretty old and need CA NetQoS SE to redesign/Rebuild/Code changes. Thanks, Ashay
