  • 1.  ZeroGu6: Windows DLL failed to load - Exception

    Hi All

     

    I get the error below when trying to uninstall CA Service Operations Insight r4.0 from my server and the uninstall throws this error whenever i run an Install Anywhere file. 

     

     

    Does anyone have some clarity as to what causes this kind of exception to be thrown?

    Hi

     

    Can you try

    Set the the installer to run in "Windows 7 Compatability mode"

    - Right click on setup.exe

    - Go to Troubleshoot Compatibility--> Try recommended Settings--> Test the Program

     

     

    - The installer will now to continue with the setup , prompt the user for information and complete the installation.

    I had to clean out the registry to get it off my system. Then reinstalled SOI and it worked fine.
