EI SNMP Adapter keeps going offline

Hi,

 

This is my first post/question here.
I have a test environment set up on two servers. SOI UI & DB running on dev02 and EI & EEM running on test01.

 

My problem is the EI SNMP Adapter goes offline for no reason as shown in the screenshot below. This has been happening for a few days now WHEN EEM would go offline.

 

Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

 

 

***UPDATE***

it's gotten worse. I decided to bounce both servers a while back and none of the Data Source services recovered. I don't know what's going on now. Please any help would mean a lot.

Hello Dorctor Ngobeni,

 

Please check EI Connector logs for exceptions like connection lost to EI manager etc, if so we need to see that exact exception to understand what's the exact problem is.

Is the problem with only EI or other IFW or Catalyst connectors facing this when EEM  is down?
