    what kind of KPIs are you looking for?

    Can you give some examples to understand what the Use Case is you want to achieve.

    Effectively my question is fairly ambiguous :-)
    My boss ask me to see if is possible to extract from SOI some significant indicators (KPIs) for the monitored services.

    These KPIs will be presented to the non-technical management and should reflect the critical success factors of a business, e.g.(as he asks):

    •    Key Drivers that have a major impact on the performance of the business

    •    A handful of numbers that give the owner an “at a glance”view of the business

    •    Keep their finger on the pulse of the business

    •    Identify hot spots that need attention

    •    Act quickly to drive the business forward

    Did you have a look at the Reporting component of SOI, Business Objects?

    There are several reports that reflect what you mention, such as:

    Top 10 critical devices impacting Services

    and several other Top 10 reports: Risk, Availability, etc.
