    Hi Guys limro02, dupda03, SurendranathKS

I have enabled the Windows Authentication on the CCR SSO configuration Tool. I can logon to CCR using my domain user and it doesnt require me to enter a password.

My user ID appears in the user list now(cloned from nquser) but I am unable to logon to CCC with that user.

    Please advise.

    Regards

    David

    David,

It sounds like you entered your password in the setup field instead of the macro or whatever they had in the example.

Go back into the SSO setup app and check to see if you are passing the password macro of did you hard code it?

    David,

I see you are using Windows Authentication.... I have never used that. I have used the LDAP authentication to talk to Active Directory so that it authenticates the Domain/ID/PW against AD then it creates a userid.

I have never used the method that you are using...

    Hi David,

If possibly can you send me a print screen of your LDAP settings for me to have a glance at.

    Regards
