CCR 1.5 Reports

Hi

 

I recently uploaded a group on CCC and all vm i included in do appear in the group. In CCR I created a user and gave that user access to the same group. My challenge now is the following:

 

1. Servers do not appear in the VMWare Virtual Machine List report.

2. Some servers do not appear in the other reports like the, VMWare Sizing Report & The VM Usage Summation.

3. How do you know if a VMs inactive or active status was changed by VMWare or via a CSV data load?

 

What could be the possible causes?

This is quite old community thread .

 

If this is still a outstanding question or problem , please raise a support case so we can work on it .
