Yes both the servers are in same time zone.
I am using the latest Spectrum connector version only.. But still its taking lot of time to come online.

Does both SOI Manager & Connector running the same network\time zone servers?
You may un-check ‘dns_resolution’ flag, save and restart the connector.
The latest Spectrum connector .178 would address performance issues.

Hi ,
I have integrated Spectrum with SOI, I have some 7500 devices getting managed through Spectrum.
The connector is taking long time to get initialized and moreover alerts are also reaching to SOI with half an hour delay.
I hjave also appiled the patch T373670 to avoid those delays.
Please let me know how to proceed ahead in this case.
