Does anyone know if it is possible to embed a URI to a file with the summary of an alert?
I am at the most basic part of this endeavour and have been looking at URL and URIs in the annotation section of an alert. I have found that the OneClick console recognises a URL for example http://www.bbc.co.uk and once saved it becomes a hyperlink. However when I enter a URI file://hostmachine/somefile.txt it does not recognise it as a URI and no hyperlink is created.
Is this usual behaviour? I know the documentation only speaks about adding a URL into an alert using Map Enrichment Action but surely a URI would work also?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
