  • 1.  Log file for escalation policy

    Hi,

     

    I have some problems in escalation policy in SOI, some of them are working, and some are not. Is there any log files to check the escalation policy, whether it is working fine or not?

    Hello,

     

    Please enable 'Alarm Escalation Service' component in debug on SOI Manager Debug Page -> Debug Controller and check \soi\tomcat\logs\soimgr-debug.log, this will give us clues about the escalation policy.
