Does anyone here have experience setting up SOI and Arcserve RHA? I need some information regarding user permissions for the RHA Engine and Control Service. I have a ticket open with Arcserve but they are telling me I need a Domain Administrator user and I simply cannot believe this is the case.
I have had mixed success with Arcserve so far and I believe my issue is one of permissions and so I need to know exactly what the user needs to do in order to facilitate the use of Arcserve.
If anyone can shed any light it would be extremely helpful.
