Problem:
After updating CCR to 1.4 or 1.5, when running any VMWare report, the message "There is no data for this time period" is generated.
Solution:
To confirm that the Group Mapping is causing the issue, in CCR, run the Group Detail Reports located in the Diagnostics Menu. If the CCR-DM Group Mapping report is empty, this confirm the DM Groups mapping is out of sync.
To remedy this, log into Data Manager, stage then migrate the DM Groups Data Adapater.
After the staging and migration jobs complete successfully, confim the Group Details Reports report is now populated with data.
Now all VMware reports will populate with data.
