    On a SOI 3.2 Report Server the upgrade to RO67863 fails with the message box:

    Product Mismatch

    CA Services Operations Insight 3.2.0 is not installed on this machine.

    Cannot install CA Services Operations Insight Ptach RO67863

    This is because the SOI version in the Registry is not updated when SOI Reports is the

    only component installed on the system.

    To resolve this execute regedt32 from a command prompt and set the following registry key

    Hkey_local_machine - Software - Wow6432Node - CA - SAM - version = 3.2.0.284
