For fresh install of SOI 3.2, make sure you use the same EEM Application Name for both the SOI manager and UI server.
During the installation, the Application Name by default will populate with the local hostname in the EEM Server Settings page like SOI-<hostname>.
If the SOI manager and UI are not using the same Application Name, you will experience of the following problems...
Unable to login to the Manager debug page with any users except samuser.
Unable to access items in the CA Server Operations Insight Manager Configuration, you will get t login window and will not be able to login.
Unable to access the USM Webpage, you will get the following error message
ERROR(WI0001): Error
