importing CI to CMDB through Spectrum and APM

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me I am facing a problem that I have to bring Spectrum CI's and APM CI's to CMDB which is connected through connector to SOI, So that we can monitor through CMDB the enviroment

In terms of Spectrum and CMDB integration, it needs CA service involvement.

This functionality is not supported out of box, needs field utility.

I recommend to contact CA Services team to discuss if further assists required.
