The Rally Lookback API has been unavailable the last two days. Specifically I am getting a 503 error for all queries right now. Any ETA?
Additionally - what should be my uptime expectation for this service. I have been creating some metrics reports at work using this API and over the last few months I have noticed some extended outages during business hours. Is this a supported feature of Rally Software or should I treat this API as "experimental".
