    Hi Rally community,

We've discovered an issue on custom pages where if you have two milestone apps on a single page, you'll get "the Yeti" saying "Whoops we hit a snag".  We have found this behavior with Milestone Cumulative Flow as well as Milestone Burnup. We have an open defect on this, but we wanted to proactively let the community know about this.

So, for now, the workaround is to only have a single milestone app on a page.  If you want to edit an existing page that is crashing, you'll need to use "safe mode" on the page.  The way you do that is to manually change the URL in the address bar.

If your URL appears as follows:
    https://rally1.rallydev.com/#/198278166556d/custom/263250716844

Add ?safe right after .com so it looks like this:
    https://rally1.rallydev.com?safe/#/198278166556d/custom/263250716844

Once you're in safe mode, you can edit the page to remove the extra.

Thanks for your patience while we resolve this

Thanks for getting on this one so quickly!  I have confirmed that the apps work together on the same page just fine now.

    Hi Rally community,

The issue regarding having two milestone apps on a Single page and receiving a "Whoops we hit a Snag" error has been resolved.

I have also reposted our initial notification:
