The OpsHub connector requires a licence from OpsHub. The OpsHub way of doing things is to have a server that does the work. There is a whole package associated with it that OpsHub can help you with. The other one is free to download but is slightly harder to setup and maintain.
In both connectors, you need an 'actor', i.e. a cpu that runs the actions to transfer the data. The OpsHub one is proprietary to them and the other is a ruby script that requires a setup file to be created ( by yourself)

Subject: Rally - JIRA Connectors
Hi dear community:
In the Rally documentation, we have found a list of integrations (Link here).
And 2 of them related with JIRA.:
My question is: Assuming we have Rally already. Are these 2 connectors free to download?
Or do we have to buy them to a external vendor (ex: OpsHub) ?
Thank you for your help
