  • 1.  mapping a feature to an initative

    Posted Sep 11, 2017 02:36 PM

I have a user who is trying to add an initiative as a parent to her feature.  I, as a subscription admin, can do it without a problem.  She, as a project administrator to her project, can not.  The initiative she wants is mapped to a different project than hers.  Is there a reason she can not map her feature to any initiative?  The initiative she would like to map to is a sub-project of a different project, but is in the same workspace.

How can we make this work for her?

    thank you,

    devers1,

If the she does not have at least Editor access to the project or sub-project she will not be able to add the Initiative to the Feature.  The permissions will need to be updated.  If she does have access, we can look into it further if you open a Support Case.

    Thank you.
