Problem with SDM attachments

    Hi, I have Service Desk Manager and Service Catalog Integrated.
    When I open an Service Request it is integrated and create a request inside Service Desk Manager.
    If I put some attachments in the SDM Ticket, it is integrated via native integration into SC Request.
    But I´m having trouble to open these attachments from SC Request.
    When I click in the attachment in SC, a new browser tab open but it remains blank and no attachment is downloaded.
    If I open the same request from SC using spadmin user I was able to download the file.
    The user accessing the service catalog has the catalog user role.
    I also tryed to change the role to request manager but the problem remains.
    Could someone help me with this problem?
