    We still currently use the old way to view lists of tickets and scoreboard (grid view) ... will be sometime before we move to using xFlow Analyst and even then not all of my groups/departments want to use that view style.

    Not sure if this is possible with a built in setting that I am not familiar with or possible custom code.
    Is there a way to color code the whole line of text (not just the ticket #) in grid view based on certain criteria ... ie. category, priority, service expectation or SLA Priority?

    If this is possible, does anyone have some example code or instructions I can review and try?
