  • 1.  FILTER SYMPTOM BY CI

    I created a custom table to store the relationship with symptom_code and Configuration Item.

    Now, I need show only symptoms that have relation with the specific CI.


    custom table that have relation Symptom x CI
    Data with relation CI x symptom_code
    1. How to proceed to filter symptom_code in form using where clause ?

    Sample: 

    <PDM_MACRO name=dtlDropdown hdr="ZSintoma" attr=zSyntoma.symptom_code evt="onBlur='manual_modify();detailSyncEditForms(this)'" lookup=no whereclause="nr= U'129975EDCA5EF94496CB357E411C5570'">

    I tried this form, bus not working. Someone have any ideia as make it?
