Hi, guys!
I need some help with this issue... How to sort results of a stored query in list_in.htmpl by keeping your criteria?
When you choose any stored query on scoreboard the result is presented most of times on list_cr.htmpl formulary. But if you try do sort by any column, only request type tickets will remain. That's make all sense once list_cr.htmpl refers to request type.
So how to keep other ticket types listed and sort tickets by any column?
