    Hi,

When I try to sort by "hits" into knowledge list I get the following error:

After I get this error, I can't continue the search in knowledge.

    Regards.

    Hi Andreas,

Have a look at this item I found when I did a Google search.

    http://forum.servicedeskusers.com/forums/topic/23090-knowledge-base-combo/

This post also seems to reference one of your old posts.

What is your current SDM version now? You might have to log a support case to check if the code that was delivered in your old post (back in 2017) was carried through to the latest versions

    Kind Regards,

Not sure if this will help, but I would suggest getting onto the latest patch level to see if that will resolve the issue. Else log a support case for further assistance

    Hi,

Thanks for your quick response, I'm not sure if installing the latest patches will resolve the issue. I come from support CA without a fix.

    Regards.
