  • 1.  How can i change Knowledge Document ID format.

    Hi,

    I got requirement from customer. They would like to customize a Knowledge Document ID format. Is it posible to change it to KN-YYYY-MM-DD-0000xx format.

    Hi Chanopas,

    I don't believe it is possible to change that. The system is by default designed to start the ID's at a particular number and that ID field in an integer field. As such only restricted to numerical number. Perhaps you should raise an idea (Enhancement Request)?

    Otherwise, you will need to add your own custom varchar field via WAS to use for your requirement.
