1. What is your SDM version and RU level? Are you manually building the Survery URL and embedded in another notification or using the default OOTB Survey sending method?

Hello, I have a question when an end user receives the service survey notification, they are presented with the Error message: "AHD05237: An internal error with surveys occurred." when you want to answer the survey. The option manager web_cgi_url is configured with the URL of the secondary server's service desk and the public name. Only if I change the url of the survey to the name of the primary server will the survey be loaded. What can it be, the web_cgi_url must be configured only to the primary server? Thank you!
