  • 1.  CA Service Point - Catalog unable to search offerings..

    Hi all,

    I've upgraded to the latest version 17.2.0.3. and when trying to search offerings from Service catalog I do not get any results..
    When i call offering through URL (http://hostname:9002/casm.html#/bui/home/search?selectedOfferingId=10703&selectedOfferingName=Hardware incident) form i'm being able to see the catalog and open a request...

    in ca_es_cluster.log i'm getting this king of error:

    Could you please try running the initial load (pdm_es_initial_load.bat) and refresh index and data (pdm_es_rebuild_index.bat). See

    See if any error occurs running those batch files and provide the details. If no errors, try reproducing the issue and let us know the results/errors

    I've upgraded SC tomcat and do the post installation steps..

     

    and still the same error:
