I have been working with this customer to integrate SSO in his environment. We worked with the following documentation:

Unfortunately, this is for R12.6 but we still used this as a guideline as I cannot find any current documentation to work with. We walked through the steps and everything went well. When accessing the SDM URL, it is redirected to SiteMinder as expected but once we enter the credentials in SiteMinder, we get the SDM login page again.
Is there a step that might be different in an R17.x environment that we need to take into consideration or is there may be a variable we can add to the NX.env to rectify this behaviour and have SSO working as designed?
