On list_wf.htmpl Modify Go Button To Default To 'Change Order' Drop Down - SDM 12.9

Hello,

In our SDM 12.9 environment, currently when viewing the Change Workflow List form (list_wf.htmpl), the Go resource button defaults to the drop down 'Request/Incident/Problem'.

Anyone know how to change this so the Go resource button defaults to the drop down 'Change Order'?

HI Stuart

Not sure if I understand you correctly, the 'Go Resource' is set on the role and you can choose which one is the default 'Go Resource', because it is set at the 'Role' level and not the Management level (Change Order Management - List Workflow) you will not be able to dynamically change the 'Go Resources' based on the management you are working in.

In Case you need to change the 'Go Resource' at the Role level, you can do it per below in Service Desk

Administration Tab --> Security and Role Management --> Role Management --> Role List, select the appropriate role. In the new window select the Resources --> Go Resources and set either one of the go resources as the default.
