CA Service Management

    Hi,
    in customer's env I've migrated from 17.2.04 to 17.3.
    xFlow finds Knowledge-Documents when typing in searchfield.
    ServicePoint does not find for the same strings.
    Searchserver is ok and is up to date (xFlows finds it).

    Servicepoint finds all other things like my tickets, my env, services from catalog ... but no KDs.

    Any idea?

    Hi Paul,
    yes I did it twice( initial load after removing indexes before and parameter for history to be loaded = 10y)

    Seems not to be an index-problem because xFlow finds the KDs.

    The problems are only with servicePoint

    Hi Peter, 
    Is there any error in F12 Console and Network tab when logging and searching in Service Point? I'm wondering if there is a problem seeing Catalog data from Service Point.

    Hi Pablo,
    there are no console-errors.
    But if you trace Network you can see that category-field is not filled as it is in other systems.
    As xFlow does it correct, I think there should not be a problem with SearchServer.
    CORS is set correct and Services are working with Catalog from ServicePoint.
