  • 1.  SDM 17.3 - BOXI 4.3 cannot generate reports

    Hi all,

    we have upgraded sdm to 17.3, and when running reports after the upgrade, with BOXI we cannot generate reports anymore.
    I've reinstalledas found

    Oa72_client_uninstall/install

    Oa72_server_uninstall/install
    but still an error appears.

    Any ideas what could it be?

    In SDM 17.3, the ODBC drivers that BOXI used to use no longer exist/are supported.

    states

    CA Service Desk Manager ODBC driver (ODBC Agent, ODBC Data Access, and Business Objects interface with this ODBC) is no longer supported.

    In addition, A Service Management products no longer support CA Business Intelligence 4.x (BOXI)
