Just wondering if anyone has encountered the same issues.. would very much appreciate any assistance.
Upgraded Service Catalog (from 14.1.04) to R17.3 and.... issues I found... 1. The CA Service Management Admin no longer exist after the upgrade... is this required and is this a reason why I cannot see any offerings to configure? 2. Note that my account has Service Delivery Administrator role: - Cannot update dashboards - Error removing content from dashboard: Access Denied - No permission to dashboard. - When I navigate to Catalog -> Service Offerings, I cannot see the list of offerings, thus, cannot edit/configure any. However, the option groups remains intact.Thank you very much.
