Issues after upgrading Service Catalog to 17.3

    Hello and Hope everyone is well!

    Just wondering if anyone has encountered the same issues.. would very much appreciate any assistance.

    Upgraded Service Catalog (from 14.1.04) to R17.3 and.... issues I found...
       1. The CA Service Management Admin no longer exist after the upgrade... is this required and is this a reason why I cannot see any offerings to configure?
       2. Note that my account has Service Delivery Administrator role:
              - Cannot update dashboards - Error removing content from dashboard: Access Denied - No permission to dashboard.
              - When I navigate to Catalog -> Service Offerings, I cannot see the list of offerings, thus, cannot edit/configure any.  However, the option groups remains intact.
