1. Ensure that the transition is configured in the corresponding status transition list.
For example, out-of-the-box, the "Request Transition List" does not include the transition from "Open" to "In Progress" and so it would have to be added; use the [Create New] button. (For Incidents, the transition of "Open" to "In Progress" is already configured, as can be seen in the "Incident Transition List").

Hi,
I would like to change all status in request list. Is it posible to create some button that will change all request ticket to some status. For example There are many open ticket status. After i click this button. All ticket will change status to In progress.
