  • 1.  How to change all status in request list

    Hi,

    I would like to change all status in request list. Is it posible to create some button that will change all request ticket to some status. For example There are many open ticket status. After i click this button. All ticket will change status to In progress.

    Use the Edit in List button and change the status to all tickets in the list at once.

    1. Ensure that the transition is configured in the corresponding status transition list.  

    For example, out-of-the-box, the "Request Transition List" does not include the transition from "Open" to "In Progress" and so it would have to be added; use the [Create New] button. (For Incidents, the transition of "Open" to "In Progress" is already configured, as can be seen in the "Incident Transition List").

    Request Transition List




    2. Limit the list using the Filter and then click on [Search].

    For example:

    Request List filter for requests with analyst2 assignee and open status
    3. Click the "Edit in List" button.

    Results from example:
    After clicking Edit in List
    4. Change the "Status" value from "Open" to "In Progress".

    5. Click the "Change All" button.

    6. Click the "Save" button.

    Hi

    There is an Edit List button from which you can change status
