    Hello,

    I have on my SDM notifications the open_date of the tickets using @{call_req_id.open_date}.

    This date came on this format MM/DD/YYYY, is there anyway this date could come up like this: DD/MM/YYYY. I live on a country with that date format and for some user is a little tricky when they see the month and then the day.
