How to send data from Catalog form to Service Desk Manager?

    Hi everyone,

    Currently, I am working with SDM and SC integration .
    and we need to send some fields from SC to SDM.

    We have followed the steps in the following document and video.

    The fields we want to send is that of:
    Elemento de configuracion "affected_resource", but this is not sent

    We generate the query in the report builder. and it runs correctly.


    and then we add the field in the form.



    But when we generate the ticket, the Elemento de configuracion field is not sent.
    Is there a step you don't take or this field is created differently?
    could you help me with more documentation?
