We urgently need to disable TLS 1.0 on all CA SDM / EEM servers. We have followed the procedure "How to enable TLS 1.2 with CA EEM 12.6" (https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/business-management/ca-service -management / 17-1 / integrating / how-to-enable-tls-1-2-with-ca-eem-12-6.html) and after restarting all servers the application cannot be accessed

    Some of the mistakes are:

    04/01 08: 39: 52.08 Server-01 slump_nxd 6744 ERROR server.c 5084 I obtained UNREGISTER_SINGLETON for unknown processes BOP-AUTH
    04/01 08: 39: 52.59 Server-01 pdm_d_mgr 5632 ERROR daemon_obj.c 1990 Daemon bopauth_nxd died: restarting
    04/01 08: 39: 53.09 Server-01 bopauth_nxd 10184 MEANING bopauthobj.c 1100 Logging in with EEM artifacts is not supported
    04/01 08: 39: 57.91 Server-01 boplgin 2808 ERROR bplaccess.c 4462 AHD04042: Login failed for userid (belnjXX); login exhausted

We are doing it in a production environment installed in high availability with Windows 2008 servers, CA SDM 14.1.5 and EEM 12.6.

    Thank you
